The business analyst is the interface between the specialist department and the IT implementation, between management and the project. For this challenging task, business analysts need know-how and skills from the areas of process management, requirements engineering, business administration, change management and soft skills.
This comprehensive training course comprises three modules and introduces you to the tasks of the business analyst and familiarises you with the necessary knowledge and techniques. Learning is based on case studies from operational practice.
In this modular qualification programme participants acquire the necessary implementation skills in the most important areas of business analysis. All areas of expertise from the BABOK will be dealt with. Leading certifications (IIBA, PMI, Steinbeis) will be discussed and can be assigned to personal professional objectives.
