The aim of this seminar is to provide a pragmatic approach to managing compact projects. After this seminar you will be able to steer and manage smaller projects or sub-projects within a larger complex project completely on your own. You will be able to design the structure of your project, formulate a target definition, set up the work breakdown structure, plan the schedule, costs and resources as well as carry out a risk analysis. In addition, you will be able to efficiently monitor and control your project and close it successfully.

The course of this seminar describes the practically oriented process of a project and enables you to apply the methods and procedures taught in the seminar directly in a practical context. You work on your own in small groups and initiate and plan a project on the basis of a given, comprehensive case study.
