• Face-to-face and online seminars: You can take the certification exam after the seminar. You will receive further information on booking an individual online examination date (OLP online proctoring) a few days before the seminar begins from the responsible examination organisation Peoplecert.

• The exam voucher fee* is EUR 360 (including the corresponding Core Guidance e-book), as of 1 April 2023 it is EUR 395 (additionally including the Official Training Material). It is not included in the training price and will be invoiced separately. Exam fees are subject to changes by the examination institute Peoplecert

Multiple-choice exam with 40 questions which have to be answered in 60 minutes. Non-native speakers are given an additional 15 minutes and can use a dictionary. Other aids are not permitted. 26 out of 40 of the ITIL® Foundation exam questions, i.e. 65%, must be answered correctly to receive the certificate. Exam language: German English The seminar is conducted by accredited ITIL® 4 Foundation Trainers.
