Hartmut Jöhnk, CEO, heads the company in its entirety. He studied business management in France and Germany and was then employed by various large corporations in the fields of sales and marketing for a number of years. He can now look back on 25 years of professional experience in the field of training and consulting as well as work done in an international environment. His consulting strengths include concept development and implementation of strategy performance projects for companies with international operations. He has been a co-partner in Cegos, the Paris-based parent company for more than ten years while, at the same time, being a member of the board of management and the supervisory board of the Cegos Group. | Dirk Riege, CSO, is responsible for sales and Managed Training Services and international projects. He studied business education and was active in a highly reputed management consultancy which, as a top executive and co-owner, he set up and developed. The focal points of his work there were sales of large projects, project management and the management of profound structural and process-related change processes in companies. Dirk Riege has an executive MBA degree in business engineering from the University of St. Gallen, Santa Clara University (USA) and the Shanghai Jiao Tong University (CN). |
